Product Description

One kilo sirloin steak from old cow. Piece of red meat, sliced ​​to taste by hand and vacuum packed to preserve its tenderness and flavour. It is transported refrigerated so that it arrives to your kitchen as if it had just been cut.

As an approximate cut reference, always depending on the animal and the piece, in thick cut 3 entrecote per kg, normal cut 4 entrecote, fine cut 6 entrecôte.

This entrecote is generally made from the lower loin (sometimes also from the upper loin) boneless and aged to enhance its flavour. It is reddish in colour and has a good infiltration of fat to give it more flavour and tenderness. This results in a juicy, lean and very creamy piece.

As this is an old cow entrecote, you are guaranteed a piece that comes from a carefully selected animal, cared for and well fed, as can be seen in the quality of its meat. These cows are pampered in every detail so that they offer meat with good colour, with good fat infiltration and, ultimately, such quality that you will be tasting a true gastronomic luxury.

If you want, you can prepare this entrecote in one piece or slice it in strips, in a pan or on the grill. We recommend trying it with coarse salt to enjoy an explosion of flavour in your mouth, typical of a steakhouse or a five-star restaurant.

Our products are shipped vacuum-packed and cold, guaranteeing maximum freshness.

We ship from Monday to Thursday until 3pm. Orders placed on Thursday before 3pm will be delivered on Friday morning. Orders placed after this time, as well as those received on Friday and over the weekend, will be shipped the following Monday to preserve the cold chain.

Deliveries are made in the mornings, before 1:30 p.m., with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 2 business days.
