WHERE DO WE SEND ORDERS?
We ship to the entire Spanish peninsula and the Balearic Islands (except Formentera and the Canary Islands), and also to Portugal. Currently, we have a free shipping promotion for orders over €99 in the peninsula, €180 in Portugal and €240 in the Balearic Islands. In addition, we offer a free shipping coupon for the first 200 orders in the peninsula, applicable exclusively to this region.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PREPARED AND DELIVERED?
All orders received after 8:00 am are prepared and shipped the following business day. On Thursdays, we prepare all orders received before 3:00 pm. We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays to ensure the cold chain. Orders for the Balearic Islands are prepared on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. For your order to be shipped the same week, it must be placed before Wednesday at 7:55 am.
On the day your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email at noon. You will usually receive your order the next morning before 2:00 p.m., although in rare cases it may arrive the next business day. (Please take into account possible holidays and delays by the shipping agency).
Since we work with fresh meat and very fast preparation times, it is not possible to schedule, cancel or modify orders. Please make sure that the products in your cart are the ones you wish to receive before confirming your order.
WHAT IS THE ORIGIN OF OUR MEAT?
We are located in Madrid and our beef is of Spanish origin. Some of the regions where our beef comes from include Sierra de Guadarrama, Ávila, Segovia, Huesca, Extremadura and Galicia.
IS THE MEAT I WILL RECEIVE THE SAME AS THE PICTURE AND IS THE WEIGHT EXACT?
We work hard to select the best animals and pieces. We also prepare the products in the best possible way, just as we would like to receive them ourselves. The photographs you see are presentation suggestions. The cuts you will receive always depend on the animal and piece prepared each day. The weights offered for each variant are approximate, and may vary by +/- 10% depending on the animal, piece and type of cut. However, as far as possible, we will try to serve a little more or compensate with other pieces from your order.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCTS I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?
Customer service and the quality of our products are of the utmost importance to us. We want to help you resolve any incident related to transport. To open an incident and make the corresponding claim, you must send us the following information within 24 hours of receiving the order to tienda@carnescampoverde.com :
1.- Order number.
2.- Detailed description of the incident(s).
3.- Clearly visible photographs of:
a) Damage to the merchandise
b) Outer packaging
c) Internal packaging
d) Carrier's shipping sticker

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), Paypal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, etc.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return a product, please contact us at tienda@carnescampoverde.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our customer service team will review your return request and send you further instructions if the return is approved. All returns must be in their original condition, with packaging and labeling intact.
WILL SHIPPING BE COVERED FOR MY RETURNS?
All return cold shipping fees and other extraordinary fees are the responsibility of the customer.
CAN I SCHEDULE MY SHIPMENT?
Orders are processed and shipped the next business day, so place your order according to your needs. Shipments to the Balearic Islands are prepared on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We do not schedule shipments, as we prepare fresh meat every day. Please place your order the same week you wish to receive it.
HOW DO I REQUEST MY INVOICE?
You must reply to the order confirmation email and add your complete billing information and we will send it to you by email at the end of the month before between the 10th and 15th.
