Matured aged beef ribeye steak (National Origin). This piece of fresh meat has a marbled appearance, with a unique, fine and delicious flavour due to this maturation. A flavour that will spark your palate.

This steak is vacuum-packed to preserve all its flavour and texture. When you try it, you will savour an excellent piece of high quality: juicy, flavourful and tender as butter.

When you buy a rib-eye steak from an old cow, you are acquiring an outstanding product that comes from an animal that has been well fed, cared for and treated with the greatest love and respect, to guarantee the best flavor and the best quality of the meat.

Old cow steaks also offer a very special and exquisite flavour. They are perfect for cooking on a stone, on the grill and on the barbecue. Aging gives the meat a softer texture, which also enhances its flavour, aroma and juiciness. To do this, we select the best old cow loins in order to offer you the best quality meat on the market.

The selected steaks are separated and selected by our master butchers for their qualities such as: appearance, size, infiltration, etc. Ideal for the hospitality industry and the most demanding diners.

The 330 and 500gr steaks are cut from the lower part of the loin to have a proportionate shape and thickness.

ATTENTION: When you receive your steak, check that the bag is completely vacuum-sealed. We pack them with the utmost care, but during transport the bone can splinter, puncturing the bag. If this happens, remove the steak from the packaging and keep it cold before eating it as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can freeze it. Approximate weight.

Our products are shipped vacuum-packed and cold, guaranteeing maximum freshness.

We ship from Monday to Thursday until 3pm. Orders placed on Thursday before 3pm will be delivered on Friday morning. Orders placed after this time, as well as those received on Friday and over the weekend, will be shipped the following Monday to preserve the cold chain.

Deliveries are made in the mornings, before 1:30 p.m., with an estimated delivery time of 1 to 2 business days.
