Meatballs.Campoverde Meats in Sauce with Vegetables
Ingredients
- Minced Meat Meats.Campoverde
- Peas, Carrot, Potato, Red Pepper
- Breadcrumbs, Parsley
- Bay leaves and parsley
- Egg
- Garlic, Salt and Ground Black Pepper
- Saffron
- White Wine and Olive Oil
- The first thing we will do is marinate the meat. To do this, we will chop the garlic and parsley on one hand. On the other, we will put these ingredients in a bowl together with the salt, ground black pepper, breadcrumbs and egg. We will stir it and let it rest for 12 hours.
- Next we will wash all the vegetables and chop them.
- Prepare a saucepan and add garlic with a little onion, carrot and red pepper. Once cooked, cut the potato in half and add it. Also add the saffron and bay leaf at this point. Once cooked, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Then add a small spoonful of flour to the pan to toast. Let it reduce for 5 minutes and then add the white wine.
- We will let everything cook over low heat, and in the meantime we will shape the meatballs and coat them in flour.
- After that, we will fry them and add them to the saucepan with the sauce and the rest of the ingredients.
We will let it cool and then eat!
